Terms & Conditions

By downloading or playing this game, or by using its companion website packs.63.pt, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before playing the game. You're not allowed to copy or modify the game, any part of the game, or our trademarks in any way. You're not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the game, and you also shouldn't try to translate the game into other languages or make derivative versions. If you wish to help with the development or translation of the game contact us directly. The game itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Paulo Correia. This does not include the card packs created by users, which remain the property of their authors as described below.

63 only uses personal information when required by third party ad services, in order to serve ads, and to provide the account and pack-sharing features of packs.63.pt, as described in our Privacy Policy. It's your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure.

Your Account

Creating card packs on packs.63.pt requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything done through your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Community Guidelines.

Packs You Create

On packs.63.pt you can create your own card packs, invite friends to collaborate on them, and play them privately in the game with people you share them with. You keep ownership of the packs and cards you create. By creating a pack you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display and distribute its content as needed to operate the game and the website — for example to show the pack to your collaborators and to the people you play it with.

You are responsible for the content of your packs. You must own the content you add or have the right to use it, and you must not include content that is illegal or that infringes anyone else's rights.

Community Packs

You can submit a pack for publication in the game's community library (the Packs tab in the app). Submissions must follow the Community Guidelines and are only published after being approved by a moderator. If a pack is approved, its content and your author name become publicly visible to every player of the game, and every player can play it. Packs you do not submit stay private and can still be played with the friends you share them with.

We may reject a submission, or remove an already published pack, at any time and for any reason — for example if it breaks the Community Guidelines or receives reports from players. Publication of a pack is not guaranteed, and we make no promise that a published pack will remain available. You can withdraw a published pack, edit it, and resubmit it at any time.

Third-party services

The game uses third-party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions. Links to the Terms and Conditions of third-party service providers used by the app:

Connectivity and charges

The game uses the internet to update its content and to serve ads. If you're playing the game outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. In playing the game, you're accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you play the game outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming.

Updates and availability

At some point, we may wish to update the game. The game is currently available on Android & iOS – the requirements for both systems (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the game to) may change, and you'll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Paulo Correia does not promise that it will always update the game so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android & iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you. We may also wish to stop providing the game or the website, and may terminate use of them at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop playing the game and (if needed) delete it from your device.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

I may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
