63 is a game that is ad supported. The game is provided by Paulo Correia at no cost and is intended for use as is. 63 also has a companion website, packs.63.pt, where you can create your own card packs and share them with friends or with the whole community. This policy covers both the game and the website.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding policies about the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to play 63.

If you choose to play 63, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy.

For the main gameplay of the game, 63 does not require nor collect any personal information. It does however implement Google's AdMob, Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics services, which may collect information used to identify you.

For players that wish to not see any ads, the game offers two options to remove them: a yearly subscription and a one time purchase. Both options are available in the game's support page. Transactions are handled by the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store using RevenueCat's SDK. The game does not collect any information about any transactions.

Accounts on packs.63.pt

Creating card packs on packs.63.pt requires an account. You can sign in anonymously, with an email address and password, or with a Google account. When you create an account we store your email address (if you provide one), your username, and the packs you create or collaborate on. This data is stored using Google's Firebase services (Authentication and Firestore). We use your email address only to sign you in and to send you the emails about your packs described below — we do not sell it or use it for marketing.

Packs you create

The packs and cards you write are stored on our servers. Packs are private by default: they are visible only to you, to collaborators you invite, and to people you share the pack with so they can play it with you in the game. Your username is shown as the author to the people you share a pack with.

Community packs

You can submit a pack for publication in the game's community library (the Packs tab in the app). Submitted packs are read by a human moderator, and their content is also sent to an automated content-review service (Google's Gemini API) to help with moderation. If a pack is approved, its content and your author name become publicly visible to every player of the game. Packs you do not submit stay private, as described above.

We send emails to your account's email address about your community submissions — for example when a pack is approved, rejected, featured, or removed. These emails are delivered through Resend, our email provider.

Players can report a community pack from inside the game. When you report a pack we store your user identifier, the reason you selected, and any note you write. Reports are visible only to moderators and are used solely to review the reported pack.

Information Collection and Use

Beyond the account and pack data described above, the only information collected in the game is done by Google's AdMob, Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics services. These services are implemented in the app in order to help fund its development since it is available completely free.

Log Data

Whenever you use 63, in a case of an error the app might collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. This information is used uniquely to help improve the game and fix any issues that may arise.

Data Deletion

You can delete your packs.63.pt account at any time from the account page on the website. Deleting your account removes all data associated with it — your email address, username, and the packs you created, including any packs published to the community library. You can also request deletion by emailing contact@63.pt.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

I may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
